Reebelo B2B Marketplace (“Reebelo,” “we,” or “us”) offers shipping terms in accordance with Incoterms 2020 Delivery Duty Paid (“DDP”) or Incoterms 2020 Ex Works (“EXW”).

The following terms apply to all EXW transactions:

  1. Responsibilities: Reebelo's responsibility is fulfilled when the purchased goods are made available at a location specified by Reebelo (the “Pickup Point”). After pickup at the Pickup Point, the buyer assumes all further transportation, insurance, and customs-related responsibilities.
  2. Order Fulfillment: After you place an order on our platform, Reebelo will prepare the purchased goods for pickup at the Pickup Point.
  3. Pickup Point: The Pickup Point will be provided to you with your order confirmation. Please ensure that your logistics team is familiar with the location and has the necessary arrangements in place for a smooth pickup process.
  4. Packaging and Loading: Reebelo will package the goods appropriately and prepare them for pickup. It is your responsibility to arrive at the Pickup Point with the appropriate vehicles and equipment for loading the goods safely.
  5. Shipping Costs and Insurance: The buyer assumes all shipping costs, insurance, and risks associated with transporting the goods from the Pickup Point to the final destination. Please coordinate with your chosen carrier or logistics partner to determine the most cost-effective and secure shipping method.
  6. Document Transfer: Upon pickup, Reebelo will provide the necessary documents, such as the commercial invoice, packing list, and any other relevant export documentation, with the purchased goods. These documents are essential for customs clearance and compliance, so please ensure you have all the required paperwork before leaving the pickup location.
  7. Delays and Liability: Any delays or issues that may arise during transit are the sole responsibility of the buyer. Reebelo is not liable for any damages, losses, or delays incurred after the goods have been picked up from the Pickup Point.

The following terms apply to all DDP transactions:

  1. Responsibilities: Reebelo's responsibility is fulfilled when the purchased goods are made available at the delivery address specified by the buyer (the “Delivery Point”).
  2. Order Fulfillment: After you place an order on our platform, Reebelo will prepare the purchased goods for shipment to the Delivery Point.
  3. Delivery Point: The Delivery Point should be a location with appropriate operating hours, security, or other necessary arrangements for a smooth delivery process.
  4. Packaging and Loading: Reebelo will package the goods appropriately and prepare them for shipment. It is your responsibility to unload the purchased goods at the Delivery Point with the appropriate vehicles and equipment for unloading the goods safely.
  5. Shipping Costs and Insurance: The buyer shall reimburse Reebelo for all shipping costs, insurance, and other fees associated with transporting the goods to the Delivery Point.
  6. Document Transfer: As necessary, Reebelo may request, and the buyer shall provide Reebelo with, any necessary documents essential for customs clearance and compliance.
  7. Delays and Liability: Reebelo is not liable for any damages, losses, or delays incurred after the goods have been made available at the Delivery Point.

 

Delivery Times

  1. Order Processing Time: Upon receiving your order, our team will process it promptly. Please allow up to 5 business days for us to prepare and dispatch the devices to our Third-Party Logistics Partner (“3PL Partner”).
  2. Availability for Shipment or Pick Up: After the purchased goods have been received by our 3PL partner, they will be processed, and ultimately made available for pick up by the buyer or shipping, as applicable. You will be promptly notified when the purchased goods are ready for collection at the Pickup Point or otherwise shipped, as applicable. Upon receiving a notification of availability for pickup, the buyer or their authorized representative should visit the Pickup Point during business hours. Please ensure they have the necessary identification and order details ready at pickup, for verification purposes.
  3. Communication and Updates: Throughout the shipping process, we will keep you informed via email or other communication channels you have provided during the order placement. You will receive updates regarding the order status, shipment details, and any potential delays, if applicable.
  4. Business Days: Please note that the processing timeframe mentioned above is based on business days, which excludes weekends and public holidays. Delays caused by factors beyond our control, such as customs clearance or unforeseen logistics issues, may extend the delivery time. In such cases, we will inform you promptly and work diligently to resolve the matter.
